Whether it's a delicate wine glass or a grimy pot, the Hobart AM16-SCB low temperature door-style base electric dishwasher can clean them all. This dishwasher comes standard with a Sense-A-Temp 30 degree rise, 4.3 kW booster heater to get rinse water up to the necessary temperature to get your dishes clean. This machine sanitizes with chemicals. As such, chemical pumps come standard. For safety, this machine has temperature and chemical lockouts so you never have to wonder if your dishes were cleaned properly.

Since it has a 17" door opening, this dishwasher can accommodate large mixing bowls or a full size sheet pan. This dishwasher comes equipped with four different wash cycles so that you can adjust the wash time based on how soiled your dishes are. The cycles are 1, 2, 4, and 6 minutes long, to make sure that all your pots and pans, kitchen tools, dishware, glassware, and flatware comes out totally clean the first time it is washed.

This model uses only 0.67 gallons of water per rack, less than many other door-type dishwashers on the market. A door-actuated start and self-draining stainless steel pump and impeller make it faster and simpler for employees to operate this dish machine. The pillarless design makes loading, unloading, and cleaning much simpler with fewer obstacles. It is also equipped with touchscreen controls and wifi connectivity so that you can better control the dishwashing process and unit performance. This unit can handle up to 72 racks per hour and requires a 208-240V, 1 phase electrical connection for operation.
