Whether it's a delicate a
wine glass or a grimy pot,
the new Hobart AM15-6 select
high temperature
dishwasher is NSF certified
to clean them all. The four
washing cycles on the AM15-6
are 1, 2, 4 and 6 minutes
long, and let you select the
one that assures all your
dishware, glassware and
flatware is totally clean.
With increased wash water
pressure and the patented,
70 degree-rise, 8.5 kw Sense-A- Tem
booster heater, the AM15-6
cleans and sanitizes
everything the first time.
The AM15-6 has features such
as a new water and energy
saving rinse system, a door-
actuated start, and self-
draining stainless steel
pump
and impeller. Core issues
such as cost of ownership,
productivity, and food
safety
have led us to design the
AM15-6 to use less water,
only 3/4 of a gallon per
rack,
than any other door-type
warewasher on the market.
The
AM15-6 is also equipped with
touch-pad controls that are
simple for operators to
access and use, and a
deliming cycle with an
optional notification
capability. The AM15-6 is
also very versatile, with
models available to handle
18" x 26" sheet pans and
large pots, hot water or
chemical sanitization and 58-
65 racks per hour. The AM15-
6
includes an 8.5 kw booster heater, a
one year parts and labor
warranty,
and is 208/240/60/1. It is UL and NSF Listed.
