This dishwasher comes with a Sense-A-Temp booster to ensure a 180 degree rinse to sanitize your dishes on every rinse. A high temperature unit like this one can be especially helpful for times when you need to reduce the amount of money you spend on chemicals or are concerned about residue from chemical sanitizers affecting the taste of your sensitive foods or beverages.

With independent wash chambers and separate pumped rinse systems, this dishwasher can run multiple cycles to wash a variety of ware and soil levels. The cycles are 1, 2, 4, and 6 minutes long, to make sure that all your pots and pans, kitchen tools, dishware, glassware, and flatware come out totally clean the first time it is washed. The bottom level offers extended cycle times to tackle heavy food soils and cutlery. These double levels will not only increase capacity, but help ensure consistency across every cycle.

For optimal convenience and efficiency, this dishwasher is compatible with the SmartConnect app that remotely gives you machine status, error code reporting, temperature logs, and usage analysis. This ensures that your machine is running both adequately and economically. It is also equipped with touch-pad controls that are simple for operators to access and use.

This model uses only .62 gallons of water per rack, less than many other door-type dishwashers on the market. An auto door start and self-draining stainless steel pump and impeller make it faster and simpler for employees to operate this dish machine. Boasting an insulated 5-sided hood and lower door, this dishwasher reduces heat gain in the dish room, and the pillarless design makes loading, unloading, and cleaning easier. This unit can handle up to 80 racks per hour and requires a 208-240V, 3 phase electrical connection for operation.
