Quickly and easily prepare your signature steamed dishes with this Groen XS-208-12-3 Intek stainless steel connectionless tabletop steamer. Boasting a 6-pan (12" x 20" x 2 1/2") capacity, this unit can help your busy establishment stay efficient and serve customers faster. With a pressureless design, this unit can be used to steam a variety of foods, from vegetable sides to seafood entrees. Versatile and energy-saving, this steamer is able to produce steam at a temperature of 212 degrees Fahrenheit, without a water or drain connection. A side-mounted, inverted-flow, convection fan ensures the steam is quickly distributed between loaded pans, steaming your meals thoroughly and reliably.

This unit was built with safety and sanitation in mind. The door is equipped with a hidden, magnetic switch which shuts off the generator and compartment blower when a door is opened, protecting your staff from hot steam when checking on or retrieving pans of food. A water sensor also warns the user when water levels are low and shuts off the unit. This unit is designed to be easy to clean, and does not require traditional de-liming or harsh chemicals for cleaning. Instead, this unit can be easily wiped down with a vinegar-water mixture.

With a durable 14-gauge stainless steel interior and exterior, this unit is sure to hold up in a commercial kitchen. This steamer is also easy to operate, featuring a 60 minute electro-mechanical timer, simple 2-position on / off selector switch, and indicators lights that display the units status as "Cook", "Standby", "Heat" or "Low Water". This unit requires a 208V electrical connection.
