Garland's Master Series electric induction range is the perfect addition to any commercial kitchen! This induction range features a 6 mm seamless glass cooktop that offers an efficient, durable cooking appliance equipped with an easy-to-clean surface. It includes boil-dry protection, automatic pan detection technology, and an integrated air management system that keeps the range operating at peak performance. The induction cooktop provides even heat distribution, so you'll get the best results every time. This range's RTCSmp temperature control system monitors and maintains the set temperature for precise cooking results, while the heat-resistant knobs are safe to touch during use.

This induction range's ample cooking surface is perfect for preparing a wide variety of foods. The (4) 5kW burners allow for cooking multiple dishes at once, and the storage base maximizes storage space in your establishment. Equipped with a center shelf, cookware and utensils are directly within reach below the range for effortless access. This induction range includes 6" adjustable legs and is designed for installation with a 208V, 3-phase electrical connection in commercial kitchens. Induction-ready cookware (sold separately) is required for use with the cooktop.
