The Cleveland 22CCT6 SteamChef 6 pan electric countertop connectionless convection steamer is designed to easily steam foods without wasting unnecessary water or energy. Thanks to its boilerless design, this steamer can be used to prepare a variety of foods such as vegetables, seafood, and rice, making it perfect for any busy commercial kitchen! Plus, because it is connectionless, no water hookup is required for ultimate convenience. This steamer includes a 4" deep drain pan for manual draining which is needed for correct operation of the steamer. It also includes a safety overflow drain to eliminate water overflow in the compartments.

This steamer's fan-forced convection system ensures even steaming, while KleanShield technology removes food waste from the cooking area and prevents cross-contamination in the water reservoir. This unit also features a SureCook load-compensating thermostat that automatically adjusts temperature, ensuring each load is timed to perfection.
