Great for thick condiments such as ketchup and bbq sauce, or thicker condiments with small particulates like tartar sauce. Although this can be used with relish, it's best for relish that's not runny/watery. Condiments/sauces that are watery or thin are not recommended for this pump. This kit will help your staff maintain better portion control and boost efficiency in your kitchen.

The pump, container, and lid are all constructed with polypropylene, making them durable, flexible, and odor- and stain-resistant. The lid and container are both NSF listed. The 4 qt. container can hold the contents from one #10 can and handles on the container make transportation from a prep table to a walk in refrigerator or storage shelf effortless.

Easy Identification

The convenient see-through construction makes it easy to see ingredients. Identifying and tracking the date your food product is also made simple by using the reusable "date" indicator at the bottom of the container, and bold red graduations are printed on the side of the container in both quarts and liters for easy, immediate measuring.

This pump is sure to deliver an accurate portion of 1 oz. in one smooth motion. Its 9" dip tube is long enough to reach to the bottom of large containers, but 4" is removable, making it a versatile tool. About 1/2" will need to be removed for the tube to properly fit the lid and container in this kit.
