This kit is ideal for holding sauces, dressings, or condiments and, because of its large size, it is also perfect for portioning them into smaller squeeze bottles. This kit will help your staff maintain better portion control and boost efficiency in your kitchen. This pump is recommended for condiments or syrups that are thicker than water (such as maple syrup) and also doesn’t exceed the viscosity of ketchup. Watery syrups can be pumped but are more prone to sputtering, so we don’t recommend this pump for watery liquids.
Sturdy and Break-Resistant
The pump, container, and lid are all constructed with polypropylene, making them durable, flexible, and odor- and stain-resistant. The lid and container are both NSF listed. The 8 qt. container can hold the contents from two #10 cans or two 1 gallon containers, and handles on the container make transportation from a prep table to a walk-in refrigerator or storage shelf effortless.
Easy Identification
The convenient, see-through construction makes it easy to see ingredients. Identifying and tracking the date of your food product is also made simple by using the reusable "date" indicator at the bottom of the container, and bold red graduations are printed on the side of the container in both quarts and liters for easy, immediate measuring.
