The Carlisle 60332 heavy weight (12-gauge) deep 16 qt. roast pan bottom is great for holding and cooking roasts, hams, or turkeys. It is great for all restaurants, caterers, and other food service businesses.

The Carlisle 60332 heavy weight deep roast pan is constructed of hard 3003 aluminum alloy for superior heat tranfer. The pan also features heavy duty welded handles.

Nice Pan but the usable area is not 20” X 11”. The advertised area is the outside dimension of the lid lip. The lip is ~5/8" wide which leave a usable area of 18 3/4" x 9 3/4". If I’ve had know I wouldn’t have bought the pan. Read Entire Review
