    Be sure to order the actual pot for the double boiler and not just the insert. Insert works well enough so no complaints. Carlisle is a quality name that can be trusted.

    This is an excellent double boiler, well built and very durable. Keep in mind it takes a little longer to boil due to its thickness, but because it is so thick it also adds to its longevity. I love this, and will order another as needed.
