The Vollrath 78580 Classic 11 1/2 qt. stainless steel stock pot features 18-8 stainless steel construction, solid welded stainless steel handles for long life and easy cleaning, and an arc-sprayed aluminum bottom to distribute heat evenly. This 11 1/2 qt. stock pot is also a great choice to use as part of a double boiler set, and is designed to work with the Vollrath 77113 double boiler inset and 77112 solid cover, or 78200 slotted cover, all of which are sold separately. NSF Listed.

    This is a great pot for making stock from scratch at home!! Great size for open top gas ranges!!! Lightweight but heavy duty and will last a long time!!!
