It has a built-in water level gauge that tells you the minimum and maximum amount of water that should be added, and the inside of the pot has graduated markings with easy-to-read measurements. Use this pot for melting chocolate, making hollandaise, or reheating and defrosting dishes.

This pot is easy to use. Simply pour water through the spout on the handle. For maximum safety, a valve stops the pressure from rising during use. To prevent spillage, this pot also features a pouring rim. It is suitable for use on any cooktop, including induction.
