    This is my favorite saute pan in the kitchen. It heats up in no time, holds temp very well, and is oven, grill top, and stove top friendly.

    For the price this pan can't be beat. No, it's not De Buyer quality and it doesn't have a riveted handle but it makes up for it with very good quality steel. This pan seasoned to a mirror finish and rivals my teflon pans for non-stick cooking.

    Pan shipped quick and when received, I could tell this was a high quality pan. Easy to season, heats quickly, evenly, no complaints at all! Perfect size, exactly what I was looking for.

    For such an inexpensive pan, this one is very good. I wanted a nice large fry pan for certain tasks, but I didn't want to spend a lot on a heavy aluminum unit or clad unit. The heat distribution is good and it has a nice handle angle. Its a little soft, but I think it may get better with age. Seasoning on a home range is tough since its so large, but take your time.
