Temperature Control
This pan carrier is capable of heating food up to 165 degrees Fahrenheit in just 15 minutes. Its hot module also features an adjustable temperature range of 70-185 degrees Fahrenheit for hot food. If the door is open for less than 30 seconds, this unit can recover its set temperature in approximately 30 seconds depending on the contents within. It can also retain its hot or cold temperatures for up to 4 hours without electricity. The heating / cooling / passive modules can be interchanged, allowing you to adjust the unit to best fit your needs (additional modules sold separately).
Ease of Transport
This pan carrier comes with 4 casters, including 2 front swivel casters with brakes and 2 rear fixed casters, making it easy to transport to wherever you need to bring your food. A pin is provided to lock the swivel casters in place.
Energy-Efficient
With an energy-efficient design, this pan carrier can save up to 30% of energy costs compared to other brands. It comes with a plug that's compatible with standard United States outlets, and the plug can be easily stored away when not in use.
Secure Closure
The door is self-venting and opens 270 degrees for full access to the contents inside. Thanks to the magnetic door catch, it boasts a hands-free closure. A nylon paddle-style latch provides a tight and secure closure that's ideal when in transport.
