With the Cambro Pro Cart Ultra® pan carrier hot module PCMHXSP, you can transport prepared foods safely and securely. Gentle, non-radiant heat maintains temperatures that can be adjusted within a range of 70 degrees Fahrenheit to 165 degrees Fahrenheit, and is able to reach the maximum 165 degrees in only 15 minutes. A touchscreen allows you to easily monitor and adjust temperatures.

This module features a temperature recovery time of 20 seconds with the PCU800 / PCU1000 / PCU2000 Pro Cart Ultra® pan carrier. This heating technology can be quickly changed out with other cold or passive modules to quickly adapt to your menu changes and operational needs. The included security package features tamper-resistant fasteners. The Cambro Pro Cart Ultra® pan carriers save up to 30% on energy costs versus other electric cabinets, making this module the ultimate asset to insulated food transportation.
