The Bizerba SLICER-TABLE-315 27 1/4" x 32 1/4" 14-gauge stainless steel mobile slicer stand offers maximum mobility and support for slicers and other kitchen equipment. The top has 4 pre-drilled holes for mounting GSP series slicers using the optional 4" bolt-on stainless steel leg set (sold separately). Constructed of heavy 14-gauge stainless steel throughout, the stand provides a durable and hygienic surface for working with food. At 27 15/16" x 32 1/4", the top shelf is spacious and has 1/4" high edges to prevent equipment from sliding. Four open top corners allow water and cleaning agents to drain away easily, making cleaning a breeze.

Six tray slots below, with 2 3/8" height spacing between each, are intended for front-loading full size 18" x 26" sheet pans. Thanks to the 8" wide scrap trough cut out of the stand's top, you can push waste directly through the top and into the included 18" x 26" scrap tray, which conveniently rests in the top tray slot position. Also on the top, a 1 1/4" cable hole is prefabricated in the rear, providing a convenient way to keep the slicer's power cord clean and out of the way.

The fixed undershelf with wraparound stainless steel side paneling adds additional weight to the base to create exceptional stability. The heavy-duty design also contributes to a low center of gravity for increased seismic stability. The undershelf also has a creased design with a 3" perforated drain to allow liquids to drain out of the bottom.

For the ultimate mobility, this stand has a set of 4 hidden, retractable casters mounted to a center bracket beneath the undershelf. Four stainless steel legs with 5" diameter, high-friction padded feet keep the unit firmly planted and level, limiting movement during equipment operation. When only the legs are used, the unit can support up to an impressive 800 lb., or 600 lb. when using the swivel casters. The unit's long handle doubles as a brake, allowing you to park the unit with quick lever action and lock it in place.

For even greater convenience, the stand is equipped with an integrated winged channel on the left side that holds 18" x 26" or 14" x 18" trays (sold separately). This allows you to store additional supplies or to quickly stack food onto a tray to maximize efficiency when working right to left. This equipment stand is great for use with all Bizerba GSP series slicers, with or without the integrated digital portion scale, in addition to the VS12D-V slicer and the B100 bread slicer. It is particularly ideal for use for safe, efficient slicer operation in K-12 schools and correctional facilities. This unit is serialized for asset tracking.
