The Bizerba Slicer Table 275 27 1/4" x 32 1/4" 14-gauge stainless steel mobile slicer stand offers maximum mobility and support for slicers and other kitchen equipment. The top has 4 pre-drilled holes for mounting GSP series slicers, which is achieved using the optional 4" bolt-on stainless steel leg set (sold separately). Constructed of heavy 14-gauge stainless steel throughout, the stand provides a durable and hygienic surface for working with food. At 27 15/16" x 32 1/4", the top shelf is spacious and has 1/4" high edges to prevent equipment from sliding. Five tray slots below, with 2 3/8" height spacing between each, are intended for front-loading full size 18" x 26" sheet pans.

To keep your workspace clean, the stand's four open top corners allow water and cleaning agents to drain away easily. Thanks to the 8" wide scrap trough cut out of the top, you can push waste directly through the top and into the included 18" x 26" scrap tray, which rests in the top tray slot position. Also on the top, a 1 1/4" cable hole is prefabricated in the rear, providing a convenient way to keep the slicer's power cord clean and out of the way. For added cleanliness, the undershelf has a creased design with a 3" perforated drain to guide liquids away from the unit while operating and cleaning.

For the ultimate mobility, this stand has a set of 4 hidden, retractable swivel casters mounted to a center bracket beneath the undershelf. Four stainless steel legs with 5" diameter, high-friction padded feet keep the unit firmly planted and level, limiting movement during equipment operation. When relying on the legs alone, the stand can support up to an impressive 800 lb., or 600 lb. when using the swivel casters. The long handle doubles as a brake, allowing you to park the unit with quick lever action and lock it in place. Additionally, the stand's low center of gravity and weighted base provide increased seismic stability.

For even greater convenience, the stand is equipped with an integrated winged channel on the left side that holds 18" x 26" or 14" x 18" trays (sold separately). This allows you to store additional supplies or to quickly stack food to maximize efficiency when working right to left. While particularly ideal for safe, efficient equipment operation in K-12 schools and correctional facilities, this equipment stand is great for use with all Bizerba GSP series slicers, with or without the integrated digital portion scale, as well the VS12D-V slicer and the B100 bread slicer. This unit is serialized for asset tracking.
