This pasta extruder and mixer sports stainless steel construction, including its hopper as well as a removable mixer shaft and auger for easy cleaning. The dough is extruded through a solid brass die to create over 150 possible pasta shapes with 5.5 lb. batches of pasta. The extruder also includes an automatic cutting knife for short pastas. This item runs on electricity and features a powerful 120V system. It boasts a compact, portable countertop design and includes a 5' power cord.
