This works really great for cutting out the dough into a prefect cycle although one side, the side that was welded, doesn't seem to be sharp enough and makes it hard to cut.

these dough rings are tough and pretty stainless steel. we started using this one for our 9" pie crusts, the size is perfect and it saves a ton of time in the bakery.
