It includes (4) 2 3/16" plain cutting wheels and a hosting rod for everything you need to cut precise, uniform strips of dough.

Each of the cutters can be placed onto the hosting rod and tightened at the desired location thanks to the simple screw design. You can then roll the rod and cutters over dough to cut even strips every time. The rod is marked in inches and centimeters to aid in accuracy. It can also be used as a pastry ruler and the marks go up to 24". This is the perfect tool for creating delicious strips of pasta or lattice to top your pies, and it's much sturdier than other accordion styles.
