Made of rigid stainless steel, this professional-quality rod is durable enough to withstand frequent use and won't bend while you're using it. This rod is designed for use with select Ateco wheel pastry cutters (sold separately). The cutters can be placed onto the rod and tightened at the desired location. You can then roll the rod and cutters over dough to cut precise, uniform, even strips every time.

The rod is marked in inches and centimeters to aid in accuracy. It can also be used as a pastry ruler and the marks go up to 24". It's the perfect tool for creating delicious strips of pasta or lattice to top your pies, and it's much sturdier than other accordion styles.
