This Ateco 13967 12 wheel pastry cutter is constructed of stainless steel, making it extremely durable and resistant to rust. It features (12) 2 1/8" diameter wheels, 6 plain and 6 fluted, riveted on an expandable arm. This design provides excellent versatility and the flexibility to cut a variety of designs.

Adjustable Size

When this cutter is fully extended, there is approximately 5" of space between each wheel, while the distance is approximately 1/2" between each wheel when collapsed.

Locks in Place

For safety and precision, the cutting wheels can be locked into place by tightening the wingnut located in the center of the adjustable arm.
