This arrived bent but I was able to bend back and use. The size is very large for 9.5". It measures almost 10" from the outside. It is actually 2 inches bigger than the 8" tin springform pan.

Thanks for your review! We are sad to hear that the cake pans you purchased were not strong enough for your liking. We suggest Chicago Metallic's Springform Cake Pan as a great alternative that is built to last.

These Pans worked perfect for our Raw, Vegan, Gluten Free Avocado Lime Tarts. The pans were easy to use. instead of baking, we freeze our tarts in making them Raw, and surprisingly, because of the style and lightweight material of these pans, removing the frozen Tarts was fairly easy, and only required about 5 seconds of heat applied to the bottom of the pan(we used a hair dryer!). Most other pans make removing a frozen tart VERY difficult and time consuming. This product is Perfect for our needs! Next week when we make our Blueberry Acai Tarts I'll take a photo and/or video to show how easy these are to use!

These are great for light duty. They bend and dent very easily but even with dings, dents and mis-shapen rings/bases, they still bake very well. I use them for cheesecake baked in a water bath and I always make sure to wrap the outside in foil with two layers. Or else the water seeps in very easily and a little butter from my crust always melts out of the pan. Wash them and dry them immediately after use as they rust very quickly. For how inexpensive these are, they're great to get you by or to use infrequently.

This is a lightweight pan, made for light duty. So, it won't be as strong as a regular pan. If you squeeze from the sides too hard, it'll bend, but it's not supposed to be heavy duty. It's a great price! I'll buy more.

This item has limited use of about 10 times. I wish a stronger tin pan was manufactured for durability, However it never leaks and for the price is actually a very good item.

Thank you for your review, Tim! This item is intended for lighter duty workloads, but if you were interested in trying something a bit more heavy duty, you might want to check out our item number 327900410. This 10" springform cake pan is made of heavy aluminum so that it's not only longer-lasting, but provides more even heating as well!
