I use this cake pan for the chocolate tart on our menu. We wrap the outside in foil and bake it in a water bath.

These spring form pans all came bent and out of shape. One even had sharp edges and cut my hand. I would recommend spending a few more dollars for the thicker ones.

Very impressed with this pan. I am able not only to make great cakes and cheese cakes in it but casserole and baked dump tacos. Very happy will be getting a few more and the price is just right.

Very light pan. Easy to use. No issues with cakes sticking or not baking properly. Great for cakes and cheesecakes. Clean up really well too.

This makes the best cheesecake. Before you add your batter I always use parchment paper in the bottom. Then the graham cracker crust then the batter. It cooks evenly and when I take it out and after it cools it doesn't stick it comes right out. These are priced really amazing

These pans arrived bent and are not very strong but I was able to bend back and use. These are very small 8inch pans. I measure 8" to the outside of the ring.

We have been making our homemade ice cream cakes in these molds and they work wonderfully. It is nice to be able to bake a cake layer in them and then transfer them to freezer, also because they are lightweight the cool very quickly which is a huge help to us.
