We have been making our homemade ice cream cakes in these molds and they work wonderfully. It is nice to be able to bake a cake layer in them and then transfer them to freezer, also because they are lightweight the cool very quickly which is a huge help to us.

This light tin springform cake pan is great for making cheesecakes. I recently made a Salted Caramel Cheesecake for Christmas, and the pan was a huge help.
