For optimal proofing conditions, our product specialists recommend purchasing lids for each container. When stacked with a lid, the containers will provided a tighter seal, facilitating proper proofing and dough moisture to help keep your dough fresher longer.
How can I keep this from discoloring?
To help keep this looking its best, we recommend hand washing it. Using harsh chemicals and water with a high mineral content can cause discoloring. If you’ve experienced this discoloration, we recommend using lemon juice, vinegar, or cream of tartar for a natural way to restore your product’s finish.

    Dough pans great pizza pan stack more lid much nice

    Initially, I really liked this product. It did a nice job allowing the dough to rise and the stackable feature was nice. Upon washing them, they discolored and look really bad. At this point, I will likely purchase a plastic Cambro product as a replacement.

Chemicals, high heat, or high mineral content from a dishwasher can all contribute to the discolored finish you are experiencing.     I refrigerate my pizza dough for about 48 hours and these 8 inch stacking pans work much better than a sheet pan and take up less room. I have both the 8 inch and 9 inch and prefer this size because the 9 inch takes up too much space for my pizza needs.

    Perfect for our rising dough. They stack nicely and are holding up great to every day use. After several washes they clean up good. No problems with hot or cold storage.

    I ordered 3 of these and while 2 were perfectly fine, the 3rd one had a large dent in the bottom causing the pan not to sit flat on the counter. There was no damage to the shipping container, so clearly the item was dented before it was shipped. I doubt I'll order more from webstaurantstore if this is the quality I can expect.

    I ordered a pair of these for my home kitchen as I do a lot of baking. They are attractive pans and look nice on the counter. I have also used them to cool things in the refrigerator as the metal reacts well to changes in temperature.

    These pans work great for my pizza dough cold rise in the fridge, they nicely stack to save room. A little olive oil in the bottom before a dough ball goes in and I can just turn it upside down to drop it out when I'm ready to make my pizza! They do have a limit of how large a dough ball can fit, due to the dough rising and starting to hit the pan above it when stacked (I'd estimate around 12oz ball max).

    These dough pans are great. They priced great as well! Cleaned them a few times already and they clean great. They stack a little loose but won't tip.

    great product! lightweight, non corrosive aluminum is easy to clean. stackability allows you to make as big or small of recipe as you'd like without using large, more bulky dough trays. dough releases easily and pans chill quickly for cold ferments. thumbs up!

    Ordered these pans because of space issue and price at first thought they would be really low end but surprise they work great ordered 48 after that and as of writing this review I am ordering another 48 great product and does the job just fine. Really no need for the lids as they stack together well. We can't believe the space this has saved us and the dough stays nice and fresh..

    These pans are great, and not just for pizza dough. Last night I made some cream of muchroom soup and needed to cool the leftovers pretty quickly. I had put a pan in the fridge beforehand. It is thick enough to cool the soup pretty quickly, and much better than a plastic container. The next morning I just transfer the soup to a container with a tightly sealed lid. Works well with mashed potatoes, stew etc.!

    being new to pizza makingI tried several things to make the right pie. a friend of mine suggested using these pans. he said as the dough rises it keeps its circular shape and will be easier to hand tossed the pie. after looking at the local restaurant supply shop I was able to buy a dozen for the price of 3 Pan's locally.I am totally pleased with the pans and I'm ordering two more dozen plus the lids.:

    Great pans! Ordering 2 more. Great for making a batch of dough, which supplies five pizzas perfect for the two of us. Stack nicely taking up minimal space in fridge. Put a piece of foil between each makes a nice tight seal so dough doesn't dry out over the week.

    Ordered 48 of these and they are excellent. Ordered another 24 and they are apparently made by a different (cheaper) manufacturer. Much more shallow and do not stack properly. Buyer beware!

    These dough pans are great! The are sturdy, well sized and easy to clean. Combine with a lid and you have a valuable addition to your kitchen.

    At first I seen this pizza dough pans at the local pizza joint where they have a couple of stacks of these pans, each stack probably had 10-12 of these pans and there were 2 big stacks. Whenever the pizza maker needed to make a pie, he just took out this pan and knocked-out the dough from it, and started stretching out a pie. Since I frequently make my own pizza at home, I decided that this pan is a must for me There is not much to say about it other than it works and there are no defects with it. It can also be used as a soup bowl if you are out of standard soup bowl, as well as an ingredient bowl. I also purchased a lid for it that keep the dough from coming out. If you get more than 2 of these pans, then you only need 1 lid since you can stack the pans up.
