Thanks to its wider diameter and lower sides, the 34 qt. Vollrath Wear Ever Classic Select 68434 heavy duty sauce pot is perfect for preparing soups, stews, and sauces!

Designed specifically for commercial kitchen use, this sauce pot is built from heavy 2 gauge, impact resistant 3004 aluminum with spot-welded handles for superior durability and easy interior cleaning. For excellent thermal conductivity, this heavy duty sauce pot has a double-thick bottom that heats evenly and eliminates hot spots.

To control evaporation and accelerate cooking, use the 67561 flat cover or the 67461 domed cover (each sold separately). NSF Listed.
