This 20 qt. heavy weight aluminum-clad brazier is constructed of 18/8 stainless steel with a heavy-duty 3-ply bottom consisting of two layers of stainless steel surrounding an aluminum core.  This results in extra strength and allows for superior heat distribution. It's great for browning meat and vegetables, as well as simmering over low heat with small amounts of liquid.

This 20 qt. brazier comes complete with a matching cover and helper handles. It is NSF Listed and has a 15 3/4" top diameter, a 6" inside depth and a 1.2 mm thickness.
