  • These boxes are everywhere in our shop! By the mixer, in the cooler, next to the dough sheeter, and by the wash sink to go through it all again. Easy to clean and easy to stack! Keep in mind that while they close securely, they do not have an air tight seal.

    We use it not only for proofing doughs but also for holding other pastry items in the fridge. The 6" box is the perfect height to hold cakes and pies without damaging the decorations. Paired with the lids, these boxes easily stack on one another.
