I bought this pizza peel for home use and chose it based upon the size of the paddle. The length of the handle was silly in my kitchen but easily shortened. It seems long enough for a commercial setting. The wood is smooth enough and this is definitely a good bargain.

we bought this 2 years ago when we opened first restaurant. now we are buying another one for our new restaurant. it works really good!

You can't go wrong when you buy these wooden peels at this price. We keep about 10 or so on our makeline at a time, and we break about one a month. For the amount of business we get, that's not bad. They're made of wood so they will over time crack and break. We've tried metal peels, but wood peels just feel better.

Great item at a great price. Works perfectly for getting your homemade pizza on the stone without sticking. Mine did arrive with a small crack and I talk to cs and they sent a replacement the very next day. That's what i call great customer service. Thank's WEBstaurant.

Used this to replace out smaller pizza peel, we have a 15" pizza stone and its nice to have a peel that's larger than the stone. I wasn't sure about the longer handle and was planning on cutting it down but it has turned out to be rather helpful. As for quality this peel is perfect, it is not flimsy and still very light. It has a thin edge to make getting the pizza on and off easy without a mess.
