This 14 qt. Carlisle 60309 brazier is made of 8-gauge 3003 aluminum. It's great for browning meat and vegetables, as well as simmering over low heat with small amounts of liquid. This Carlisle 14 qt. brazier features sturdy, riveted side-loop handles for a secure grip.

This brazier has a 14" diameter and a depth of 5 1/2". An optional cover is sold separately under our item number 407APTC40.

    This is the perfect pan for browning meats and making stews! Great large size!! Easy to braise in and make large batches of sauteed vegetables!!
