This 120 qt. Vollrath Wear Ever Classic Select 68700 aluminum stock pot is perfect for preparing stocks, soups, and liquids! Its tall and narrow shape allows liquids to bubble up through the food for superior flavor fusion.

Designed specifically for commercial kitchen use, this stock pot is built from heavy 2 gauge, impact resistant 3004 aluminum with spot-welded handles for superior durability and easy interior cleaning. It also features a double-thick bottom that resists denting and spreads heat evenly along the base and sidewalls, eliminating hot spots.

To control evaporation and accelerate cooking, use the 67691 flat cover or the 67491 domed cover (each sold separately). NSF Listed.
