It’s standard 8 gauge, impact-resistant 3004 aluminum construction makes it perfect for melting chocolate or preparing delicate sauces, as well as for reheating, pre-heating, and moisture-free cooking.

Each complete set includes an 11 qt. snug-fitting inset, a 12 qt. double boiler pot, and a matching cover. Solid welded loop handles ensure durability and easy cleaning of both the inset and the pot, while a double-thick top edge stays round for a better cover fit. A double-thick bottom resists denting and spreads heat evenly along the base and sidewalls. NSF Listed.
