These are nice and large 10 quart pans! They are great pans for reheating sauces daily! Nice for making small amounts of soup as a daily special!!

I work a a bakery and use this pot daily, and I love it. I make pastry cream, eclair paste, fruit sauces and pie fillings in it and have even made large batches of caramel sauce with great sucess. It is thick enough that I do not have to worry about scorching either. I love this pot so much that I am buying it for home use. I love to cook as well and can't wait to use it to make carnitas, stews and tomato sauces in! These pots clean up super easy with a dish scrubbing pad and can stand up to pretty much anything, even being kept on a stove, boiling water as a double boiler to bowls of chocolate and buttercream every single day, all day, for years. Also, a 14inch cake pan works great as a lid if you happen to have them around.

I live those products. Light weight and the color stay to be bright. we use it daily for stew and boiling vegetables. The price is right.

Perfect pot for pasta, sauces and chilis. I use this every day. Extra handle makes this much more manageable when carrying 10 quarts of sauce or water.

I go through a lot of these pans but they hold up to extreme kitchen use very well, great for sauce and once again very good value.
