Its pass thru design is ideal for front and rear product loading. Its innovative CVAP technology uses two key control sets to assign a single product temperature and texture setting for the entire cabinet, while its eight universal bins ensure that this setting is maintained in each section. This lets you serve a shotgun pan directly from one bin without disturbing the conditions in the others, and conserve energy at the same time! Its easy to use control panel also lets you program eight different timed cycles for the set temperature, and it features an insulated stainless steel cabinet for durability and superior temperature retention.
