This unit's pass-through design with front and rear doors allows for convenient product handling. The cabinet is easy to control with an indicator panel and thermometer, allowing you to adjust the temperature between 80 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Plus, an externally-mounted blower system ensures that heat is distributed evenly throughout the food zone. For control over the cabinet's humidity, simply manipulate the unit's built-in vents.

This holding cabinet boasts solid front and rear doors that are self-closing to ensure they aren't inadvertently left open, and it includes snap-in magnetic gaskets to tightly seal shut the doors. The 3 heavy-duty epoxy-coated shelves make it easy to organize and store product, while the field reversible doors on cam-lift hinges have a convenient 120-degree stay-open feature for efficient loading and unloading. With LED interior lighting, this warming cabinet makes it easy to quickly identify and grab your food inside. At the end of the day, the doors lock for product security.

The exterior boasts a stainless steel front and continuous coil-coated sides, while the interior liner is made of corrosion-resistant aluminum, preventing the inevitable spill or leak from damaging the interior and helping preserve the unit's integrity through the years. An 8' long cord and plug set is included, and this unit features strip type 750 watt heating elements. The (4) 6" heavy-duty casters (two locking) allow you to roll the unit aside for cleaning or service. This unit requires a 15 amp breaker and a 208-240V electrical connection for operation.
