This InterMetro C519-HFC-4 full-size non- insulated holding cabinet provides maximum control, convenience, and usability. The holding module, suitable for heated holding applications, features analog temperature control and passive humidity generation.

Because the C519-HFC-4 prioritizes heat generation over humidity generation, food will stay at the desired temperature, enhancing food safety.

You'll save energy, too. The C519-HFC-4 features a clear polycarbonate door, so you can see what's inside without opening the door, reducing heat loss.

The C519- HFC-4 has fixed wire slides spaced in 3" increments, and can hold 18" x 26" sheet pans, and 12" x 20" steam table pans.
