This slicer has a C-clamp that mounts the unit firmly onto countertops up to 2" thick. Just feed meat up to 1 1/4" thick and 4 1/2" wide into the opening, and turn the handle to transform the meat into jerky-ready strips instantly! The slicer can produce up to (15) 3/16" strips of meat at a time.
