This Weston 07-0301 hamburger press makes delicious 1/4" thick patties for your restaurant or bar! Featuring a non-stick coating, this unit allows you to easily press and release each patty, resulting in quicker food preparation or last minute needs. Its 4 1/4" diameter makes big, savory burgers consistently each time!

With adjustable thickness markings on the handle, you can make patties that range from 1/4 lb. to 3/4 lb. to allow customers to choose their preference. In addition, its durable cast aluminum construction ensures that it will be able to stand up to everyday use, making cleaning a breeze.

To use, simply place the desired amount of meat onto the base of the press (note that the patty will shrink by 10-20% when fully cooked).
