Boasting 24 kW of heating power and a 24 gallon capacity in total, this unit allows you to increase your production capabilities while saving energy and labor. Vulcan's exclusive kettle design has up to 50% more working capacity than competitive brands, making it the perfect choice for busy industrial kitchens.

Thanks to the 2/3 jacketed design, these kettles have a larger heat transfer surface area for more thorough cooking. This means you'll have faster heat-up and cook times, and no hot spots or scorched products, which increases production and efficiency. Plus, faster cook times mean less energy used, so your utility bills will be lower. With more even heating, there is less need for frequent stirring or "pot watching." In addition, each kettle features a butterfly-shaped pouring lip and tilting console that lets the kettle tilt 100 degrees for quick and easy emptying.

This unit features a stainless steel 64" wide work table with marine edges to catch drips and spills. A full length drain trough allows plenty of room for a drain tray, which further expedites and eases the cleaning process. Increase efficiency in your kitchen by adding this kettle/table combo to your equipment line up! Each piece of equipment requires its own 208V, 3 phase electrical connection. They can be field-converted to 208V/1, 240V/1, or 240V/3 to meet your needs.
