Vollrath XFMA7004 Details
This Vollrath XFMA7004 thermostat replaces the worn out or damaged one that came with your Vollrath 40733 or 40734 hot food merchandiser. When the temperature isn't holding steady on your warmer, it can be difficult for you to monitor food temperatures and ensure that the food you are serving your customers is safe. Replacing the thermostat on your display case eliminates that problem and allows you to easily control the settings uisng the dial on the outside of the unit.
