This Vollrath Wear Ever 68361 roasting pan top was designed to fit securely with the 68362 roasting pan bottom to trap in steam for enhanced flavor. Additionally, it can function individually for better browning with open pan roasting. Its aluminum body is perfect for even, efficient heating and has an impact-resistant 3004 aluminum beadless rim that is easy to clean. Sturdy loop handles allow you to transport your heavy roast smoothly and without hassle. NSF Listed.
