Made of 20-gauge carbon steel, the base is wrapped in black, scratch-resistant vinyl for a professional look and durable design. It's a sleek addition to any buffet, cafeteria, or other front-of-house area and even includes a cafeteria-style acrylic breath guard to protect against contamination.

For displaying and serving hot dishes, 3 food wells each fit a full size food pan (sold separately). Each well is also equipped with a high-efficiency 480W in-water heating element, a thermostat, and a dial control. Plus, the wells are sealed and feature manifold drains, eliminating the need for spillage pans. The station's work surface is made of 20 gauge 300 series stainless steel, making it durable enough for commercial use and easy to wipe down as needed.

For your utmost convenience, the station is set on casters to allow for mobility. These casters make the unit easy to store out of sight and roll out when needed. Plus, 2 of the casters include brakes, so the station doesn't move unintentionally when actively in use. An 8' long cord is included, and a 120V electrical connection is required.
