The Vollrath 30622 Super Pan II features the Reinforcer corner which can withstand more impact than ordinary pans. Since corners won't bend, the pan sits flat in steam table wells - saving energy and improving the look and cleanliness of your buffet line. Made of 22 gauge 18-8 stainless steel. NSF approved. Anti-jamming design prevents pans from sticking together. Capacity is stamped on the bottom as easy reference for accurate yield and portion control. Coved interior corners are shaped to the spoon - maximizing serving yield and for easy cleaning. Flat edges and corners keep pans tight in the well - sealing in heat and cold to keep temperatures even. Dimensions: 6 7/8" x 6 1/4". Holds 1.2 quarts.
