This Vollrath 20248 heavy-duty 300 series stainless steel wire cooling rack is perfect for keeping your food from sticking to the bottom of your Super Pan V or Wear-Ever half size bun / sheet pans! Its raised height also makes it perfect for use as a cooling rack for baked products, or for holding food while icing, displaying, or drying.
This cooling rack is sized to fit within a half size bun / sheet pan and features ample finger room at the rack's corners for easy removal from the pan. Its all stainless steel construction ensures years of heavy use while minimizing damaging rust.
