With its oversized 28 3/4" x 13 3/4" inner well, the Vollrath 72051 Cayenne Heat 'n Serve 4/3 size countertop food warmer provides maximum serving capacity in a minimum footprint. It's ideal for buffets, concession stands, or restaurants with limited countertop space!

The Vollrath 72051 Cayenne Heat 'n Server countertop food warmer can accommodate four, 1/3 size food pans up to 6" deep. Its capillary tube thermostat gives you precise control over the warmer's temperature, while a thermoset, self insulating well ensures quick and consistent heat transfer to your food.

The warmers dual, 800 watt elements have a non-stick surface to prevent scale build-up and reduce cleaning time. The warmer's well also features a drain for fast water removal and cleaning.
