Induction cooking is fast, highly efficient,
and provides instant heat. It has
efficiencies of 80-90% versus 35% for a
gas stove. The range draws power only
when a pan is placed on it. Induction
cooking
also has the benefit of offering the coolest
operating temperatures. It heats the
cookware only, not your kitchen. Induction
cooking provides a safe cooking
environment
because there is no open flame. Induction
ranges have the added benefit of being
easy to clean-up!
