The bottom of the bowl features two indents, which allow you to angle the bowl for numerous presentation options.
Each bowl is made of 18/8 stainless steel with a mirror polished exterior. The interior is satin-finished to hide scratches and wear. All of Vollrath's double wall insulated serving bowls provide superior insulation to maintain proper food temperatures. Each bowl requires no preheating or chilling.
