This Vollrath 40843 48" curved glass refrigerated display cabinet features an attractive base that allows the unit to be installed into a counter as a drop in that blends seamlessly into your establishment, or as a countertop unit for optimum flexibility and space-saving efficiency! Perfect for whipped cakes, pies, creamy pastries and other chilled treats, it boasts a digitally controlled thermostat that provides precise, consistent performance at temperatures ranging from 36-46 degrees Fahrenheit.

This refrigerated display cabinet features a powerful 1/4 hp motor. Its dual fans circulate air to ensure even temperature control. The triple glazed glass front adds durability and insulation benefits, while its two shelves (7 1/2" deep top shelf and 12 1/4" deep bottom shelf) provide plenty of room for your products. In addition, light strips at the top of the cabinet and beneath the upper shelf offer optimum illumination. Its rear sliding doors remove for simple cleaning and display changes. This cabinet requires a 120V electrical connection.
