This Vollrath 40834 chamber vacuum packaging machine combines high quality packing with one-of-a-kind control capabilities in a small, compact tabletop design. An innovative advanced control system features password-controlled access with 20 different programs for liquid control, soft-air, vacuum plus, tenderize, as well as HACCP compliant logging. An integrated USB port allows users to transfer data, such as log info or label templates, from the packing machine to a computer.

This machine also features two sealing cylinders for optimal pressure to create the best seal possible, while the busch rotary vacuum pump and pair of 16" sealing bars work together to make the entire process fast and effortless. Additionally, an integrated liquid sensor control helps ensure moist or liquid products can be packed without degrading the product or harming the machine, making this reliable unit perfect for everyday use.

A stainless steel exterior and deep drawn chamber add extra durability to the unit, and the sealing bar can be removed without tools for cleaning and maintenance. The front control panel enables users to enter a definable vacuum function by time or sensor control, including a unique liquid control feature which detects the boiling point, stops the vacuum process, and moves on to the next step in order to reduce cycle time and ensure consistent, quality packing each time. The packing cycle begins when the transparent lid is closed and will end immediately upon opening. Other features include a built-in maintenance reminder and a pump conditioning program to further remove excess moisture and debris.

Users can seal just about anything, as this machine accommodates bags up to 16" wide. The Vollrath 40834 chamber vacuum packaging machine includes three insert plates for packing small products, an incline plate for packing liquids and fine powders, a set of 4" legs, and a full maintenance kit.
