What cutout do I need for my sink?
If you're choosing a drop-in sink, this information should be provided in the specifications for the product. The cutout must be large enough to accommodate the sink bowl(s) but also not bigger than the lip of the sink, which overhangs the cutout and holds it in place.
If you're choosing an undermount sink, the sink will install underneath the counter, so your cutout size should be about the same as the total, combined dimensions of your sink bowl(s) for a clean look. Your countertop must also have a finished edge around the cutout, since top of the bowl installs below the cut, leaving it exposed.

Install a sink into your business's countertops for the convenience of your staff with this Vollrath 212560 13" x 15 3/4" 1-compartment, 22-gauge stainless steel self-rimming sink. This sink is designed specifically to install securely into the countertop with an exposed rimming lip used to withstand frequent use in commercial applications. It features a heavy-duty 22-gauge type 304 stainless steel construction for long-lasting durability and corrosion resistance, as well as simple cleaning, which is made even easier by the wide-radius corners of each compartment.
This unit has a one-piece design with a single 11" x 13 1/4" x 6" bowl. A 2" drain hole ensures that water is siphoned away quickly without overflow. Once the sink is inserted into an appropriately sized cut out in your stainless steel countertop or drainboard, the flange is welded to keep the sink securely in place. After completing your setup with the remaining sink components (sold separately) and water supply, you'll be ready for operation!
